Upload Bookings Your Way
Splice Exports gives you a few flexible options to get your bookings into the system:
Email-Based Uploads
Your company will receive a dedicated email address where you can forward booking confirmations (PDF files). Check the Dashboard page of the portal.
You can also email a spreadsheet, and the template also is available on the Dashboard. If you want to upload a batch of bookings at once, simply download our template, fill it in, and upload.
Repeat uploads of updated confirmations or spreadsheets are managed by Splice Exports. There is no need to worry about duplicates.
Manual Entry or Drag-and-Drop
Prefer to enter information directly? Once logged in, you can:
-
Manually enter booking details through our web dashboard
-
Drag-and-drop booking PDF files onto the Active Bookings page.
Splice Does the Monitoring
Once your bookings are in Splice, we’ll continuously monitor changes to ERDs, cutoffs, and other key milestones. No more searching multiple websites and scouring inboxes.
Need a report? Submit a request to support@splice-it.com. Tell us the time(s) of day you would like an emailed report. We’ll email a spreadsheet with two tabs: the first is every active booking and the second breaks down changes since the last report.
That’s it - you’re ready to get started.
If you ever need help, visit our Knowledge Center or reach out to our team at support@splice-it.com.
Let Splice Exports take the manual work out of export visibility.
