Manage Users

As an Admin user, you have full control of your Splice Exports users.

User Management​

Navigate to the User Management menu

From here you will see all of the users who have been granted access to your Exports portal.

New Users​

Users who have been invited to the system but have not yet logged in with their temporary password will have the "Re-Invite" button available.

Note!

New user invitations are only good for 24 hours. If a user does not accept their invitation, they will not be able to log in with the temporary passord OR use the Forgot Password feature to recover their account. An admin will need to re-invite the user in order for them to log in.

Manage Roles​

Once a user has been invited to the portal, you can manage their access.

Under the Group column, you set their access permissions.

Admin users have the following extra permissions:

When a user has been added as an Admin, they will need to log out and log back in to Splice Exports in order to access the admin pages.
